That Public Enemy gets me every time! Their songs bring me back to a place where we were unapologetically us.

Yes! Esperanza Spalding is a gem of the black community. She is truly incredible.
Pleasee dont take my black card away. Clearly I need to look at your playlist. I have not heard of have of these songs. I do make sure we sing the national anthem during our black history program ever year. I know the saying im black and proud but dont think ive ever heard the actual song.
